Close To Home

The neighborhoods
right around us.

If you live in west Fort Worth, this gym is closer than the one you are probably driving past.

Ridglea Hills & Ridglea North — you are practically neighbors. A few minutes down Camp Bowie, same zip code as the gym. There is no reason your training happens anywhere else.
Westover Hills — five minutes or so via Camp Bowie and Roaring Springs. Small enclave, no gyms of its own; several members come from right here.
River Oaks & White Settlement — under ten minutes on Roberts Cut Off, Las Vegas Trail or SH-183. Short enough that the drive genuinely stops being a factor in whether you show up.
Arlington Heights & Monticello — a straight run west along Camp Bowie, about ten minutes. You are already on this road for coffee.
Downtown & Sundance Square — twelve to fifteen minutes out I-30. Our evening blocks are built for people leaving downtown offices.
Crowley & south Fort Worth — twenty minutes or so up Chapin Road and US-377, avoiding the worst of the loop entirely.
One gym. Not a chain.

There is a single FTX floor, at 6775 Camp Bowie Blvd. Everybody trains in the same room with the same coaches — there is no flagship location and no watered-down satellite. That is why people drive.

Real Questions

Drive-time
questions.

"How far is FTX from Weatherford?"
Roughly 26 miles east on I-20 — about half an hour in normal traffic. That is a real commitment, so most Parker County members train here two or three times a week and run their easy sessions closer to home. We will tell you honestly which sessions need this room and which do not.
"How far is FTX from Aledo?"
About 12 miles, roughly twenty minutes on I-20 or Camp Bowie West. Coming in from Parker County we are the near side of Fort Worth — you never cross the city. There is a full Aledo guide here.
"How far is FTX from White Settlement?"
Around four miles — usually under ten minutes via Las Vegas Trail or SH-183. It is one of the shortest drives of anywhere we serve, and there is no closer Official HYROX Training Partner.
"Are these drive times realistic?"
They assume normal traffic, not rush hour on I-30. Add ten minutes if you are coming from the east side between 4pm and 6pm. Our early-morning and evening class blocks exist specifically so members can miss the worst of it — see the schedule.
"Is it worth driving past a closer gym?"
Only if you want what a closer gym does not have: coaches with fifty-plus HYROX races between them, thirteen Worlds veterans on the roster, and eleven years of knowing which changes actually work. Equipment any gym can buy. That knowledge is the part you drive for. For a treadmill and a rack, train close to home and keep your time.
"Do you have parking?"
Free parking out front on Camp Bowie. Arrive about ten minutes early for your first class so a coach can walk you through the room before it starts.
