Groceries, dinner, the airport, the doctor. You already make this drive. The difference is that this one ends at an Official HYROX Training Partner with 20 Worlds qualifiers built in the room, and the first class is free.
Aledo is a great place to live and a thin place to train seriously. Most people who drive to us have already worked through this list.
Discipline is not your issue — you have been showing up alone for years. What is missing is somebody who has seen this before: a plan that progresses, and a coach who spots the thing costing you months. That is the whole pitch, and it is a short drive east.
We are on Camp Bowie Blvd in west Fort Worth — the near side of the city coming in from Parker County. Aledo, Willow Park and Annetta members are usually parked in about twenty minutes.
Also driving in: members come from Willow Park, Annetta, Hudson Oaks, Weatherford and White Settlement. Coming in from Parker County, we are the near side of Fort Worth — you do not cross the city to get here.
No stock photos. This is the actual floor, the actual team, and the actual training you'll walk into on Camp Bowie.

FTX has put athletes on the floor at every HYROX World Championship since 2022 — 20 Worlds qualifiers and 52 podium finishes, all built in this room.
“The training and coaching is just unparalleled. In two months it feels like I’ve improved so much in so little time. The coaches care about you and work with you to help you improve.”
“I absolutely love this gym! The coaches are awesome — but it’s the people who keep me coming back day after day. This place is a second home.”
“Dropped in and it was a great experience. Very welcoming and great coaching. Highly recommend!”

No fitness test, no sales tour, no getting thrown to the wolves. Here's exactly how your free class goes.
Park out front on Camp Bowie. A coach meets you, learns your goal, and walks you through the room before anything starts.
Not a watered-down intro. The real session, scaled to what you can do today. Every movement gets shown and every weight gets adjusted.
A coach stays on you through the hour. If your form breaks down late, it gets fixed in the moment, not after.
We talk about what you're chasing and what a build would look like. If it's not for you, we shake hands. No card was ever required.
If it isn't the best hour of training you've had this year, walk away — and keep whatever you learned about your pacing. Membership after that is month-to-month.
One free class, twenty minutes east. If it is not worth repeating, you have lost an hour and learned something about your pacing.

Four days of real FTX programming — the same work our members did last week. Read it at home, then decide whether the drive in from Aledo is worth making.
