Fort Worth for
everything else.

The Aledo Problem

Training in Aledo?
This is probably you.

Aledo is a great place to live and a thin place to train seriously. Most people who drive to us have already worked through this list.

Your options within ten minutes are a garage setup, a big-box membership, or nothing. None of them include a coach.
You built a home gym during a good stretch of motivation and now you train alone, at the same intensity, forever.
You run the neighborhood loops and they feel fine, but nothing you do trains legs under real fatigue.
Your kids get coached five days a week in a real program. You get whatever is left of the evening, unstructured.
You would race a HYROX if you had anyone around you who had done one and could tell you how to prepare.
You keep calling the drive too far — for a road you are already on twice a week for less important things.
Training alone is the ceiling. Not the effort.

Discipline is not your issue — you have been showing up alone for years. What is missing is somebody who has seen this before: a plan that progresses, and a coach who spots the thing costing you months. That is the whole pitch, and it is a short drive east.

Worth the drive,

“The training and coaching is just unparalleled. In two months it feels like I’ve improved so much in so little time. The coaches care about you and work with you to help you improve.”

“I absolutely love this gym! The coaches are awesome — but it’s the people who keep me coming back day after day. This place is a second home.”

Your First Session

What actually happens
on day one.

No fitness test, no sales tour, no getting thrown to the wolves. Here's exactly how your free class goes.

01

You arrive ten minutes early

Park out front on Camp Bowie. A coach meets you, learns your goal, and walks you through the room before anything starts.

02

You train with the class

Not a watered-down intro. The real session, scaled to what you can do today. Every movement gets shown and every weight gets adjusted.

03

Nobody watches you struggle alone

A coach stays on you through the hour. If your form breaks down late, it gets fixed in the moment, not after.

04

You leave with no obligation

We talk about what you're chasing and what a build would look like. If it's not for you, we shake hands. No card was ever required.

One free class. No card.

If it isn't the best hour of training you've had this year, walk away — and keep whatever you learned about your pacing. Membership after that is month-to-month.

Real Questions

Parker County folks
ask us this.

"Is twenty minutes each way sustainable?"
For five days a week, probably not, and we will not pretend otherwise. Most of our Parker County members come two or three times and run their easy work at home. We will tell you honestly which sessions actually need this room and which ones you can do in your garage.
"I already have a home gym. What do I gain?"
A plan that progresses instead of repeating, a coach watching your form under fatigue, and thirteen Worlds veterans in the room to pace yourself against. Equipment you can buy. That last part you cannot. If your garage already gives you all three, keep your money.
"I have not trained properly in years."
Then you are in the majority of people who walk in. Everything scales, every weight gets adjusted, and nobody is watching you — they are all busy with their own session.
"What times work if I am commuting from Parker County?"
Classes run six days a week with early-morning and evening slots. Most of our west-side members train early to beat the I-20 crawl. The schedule is here.
"Can I try it before committing to the drive?"
That is exactly what the free class is for. One session, no card, no sales tour. Drive out once and decide with your own legs whether it is worth repeating.
"Is membership a long contract?"
No — month-to-month. If the drive stops making sense, you stop, and there is no retention script waiting for you.
