Every class runs Hybrid and HYROX side by side. Walk in, pick your focus, get coached.
Saturday 9 AM is HYROX only · Tuesday 6:30 PM is no class — free HYROX Performance Run Club at William H. Monnig Middle School
Most people do not quit training because the programming was wrong. They quit because the one class they could make stopped fitting. We run 27 classes across six days so there is more than one answer to that problem.
In, coached, showered and out before the first meeting. Three mornings a week, and the room is full of people doing the same thing.
The quietest hours on the schedule, which means the most coach attention per person. 11:00 AM runs every weekday; 9:00 AM is Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Three consecutive start times, five days a week. If traffic beats you, the next class has not started yet.
Saturday is HYROX only. Tuesday 6:30 PM there is no class at the gym — it is the free HYROX Performance Run Club at William H. Monnig Middle School (3136 Bigham Blvd), where the running actually gets built. Check the Fort Worth Hyrox Facebook group for updates.
Every class on this schedule runs Hybrid and HYROX side by side. Same hour, same coach, same room — you tell us which focus you are chasing and the work adjusts. Nobody is training for a race they did not sign up for, and nobody chasing a race is stuck doing general fitness.
A coach is on the floor the whole time. They warm you up, load the bar with you, watch the reps that matter and scale anything that needs scaling. The barbell, the sled, the running and the machines all adjust down as far as they need to, which is why the first class works whether you have trained for ten years or ten days.
Come in a few minutes early on your first visit, sign the waiver, and tell the coach it is your first class. That is the whole process.
