You can buy a sled. What you cannot buy is thirteen HYROX Worlds veterans training on the floor beside you and coaches with more than fifty races between them telling you exactly where your time is leaking. That is twenty minutes west on I-30.
Arlington is not short on places to work out. It is short on people who have actually done this, and that is the thing that decides your race.
Any gym in DFW can order a sled and a ski erg, and plenty have. What none of them can order is a floor with thirteen Worlds veterans standing on it, coaches who have raced HYROX more than fifty times, and eleven years of watching which changes actually drop a race time and which ones just make people tired. That is what the twenty minutes buys you.
We are on Camp Bowie on the west side of Fort Worth, a straight run west on I-30 from Arlington. Athletes drive in from Arlington, Mansfield and Grand Prairie because a closer gym is still a room where nobody has raced.
Also driving in: members come from Mansfield, Grand Prairie, Kennedale and south Fort Worth. If you are racing HYROX Dallas, this is the nearest room where the people around you have already done it.
No stock photos. This is the actual floor, the actual team, and the actual training you'll walk into on Camp Bowie.

FTX has put athletes on the floor at every HYROX World Championship since 2022 — 20 Worlds qualifiers and 52 podium finishes, all built in this room.
“The training and coaching is just unparalleled. In two months it feels like I’ve improved so much in so little time. The coaches care about you and work with you to help you improve.”
“Talon is such an amazing coach and pays close attention to each athlete. Come give them a try and you’ll reach a great deal of success.”
“Dropped in and it was a great experience. Very welcoming and great coaching. Highly recommend!”

No fitness test, no sales tour, no getting thrown to the wolves. Here's exactly how your free class goes.
Park out front on Camp Bowie. A coach meets you, learns your goal, and walks you through the room before anything starts.
Not a watered-down intro. The real session, scaled to what you can do today. Every movement gets shown and every weight gets adjusted.
A coach stays on you through the hour. If your form breaks down late, it gets fixed in the moment, not after.
We talk about what you're chasing and what a build would look like. If it's not for you, we shake hands. No card was ever required.
If it isn't the best hour of training you've had this year, walk away — and keep whatever you learned about your pacing. Membership after that is month-to-month.
Whatever is next on your calendar, the build has already started. Drive out once, take a free class, and decide for yourself whether the twenty minutes is worth it.

Four days of real FTX programming — the same work our members did last week. Read it at home, then decide whether the drive from Arlington is worth making.
